Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. IZZIE JULIVANT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
